Our History
ESTABLISHED 1983
Founded on the aspiration of a determined community seeking to establish a Christian Grammar School to serve the Penrith area in 1983, St Paul’s is recognised as one of the foremost schools in the region. Our staff, students, their parents and caregivers, are part of a strong, supportive, vibrant community with many opportunities to engage in the life of our school through various events and cocurricular programmes.
In Christo Futurum
Our Vision and Mission
VISION STATEMENT
St Paul’s will be a dynamic, transformative and exemplary Christian Grammar School, where students and staff can flourish, both within and beyond the school.
MISSION STATEMENT
As a Christ-centred community, St Paul’s Grammar School enables excellence in all areas, empowering students to be discerning and knowledgeable individuals of integrity, who are called to serve in the world with respect and compassion.
Our Values
Generosity of spirit and service to others are at the core of our schooling and our community. Our school’s service endeavours are diverse, and involvement extends across all year levels. As a school, we aim to identify and benefit those in need, through initiatives and projects that form an integral part of our school calendar and culture. By cultivating awareness of those in need we also help our students to realise themselves as individuals and valued community members.
OUR SCHOOL VALUES ARE:
Hope, Grace, Love, Wonder, Humility, Faith, Truth, and Community
Our Campus
Located on expansive grounds across a 70-acre campus, St Paul’s students have the benefit of excellent facilities that are set amidst cultivated native gardens and bushland with unfettered skies above. These facilities include:
- INNOVATION LEARNING CENTRE
State-of-the-art multi-purpose building, hosting STEM and Science facilities, flexible learning spaces, and modern classrooms. - HERITAGE BUILDING
Chapel and function centre, equipped with offices for our pastoral care team, and a dedicated examination space. - THE ARTS QUARTER
Home to our Visual and Performing Arts department, this complex features music production, digital media, performance and dance studios, dark room, kiln, and creative arts facilities.
- THE CENTRE
Multi-purpose hall used for indoor sporting and large assemblies. This space features two basketball / netball courts, a gymnasium, classrooms, sports staffroom, and changing facilities. Additionally, we have seen the Centre transform into a theatre for some of our school musicals. - TAS FACILITIES
Our experienced staff work alongside students with cutting-edge equipment in Technological and Applied Studies (TAS). We have dedicated rooms for metal work, timber, mixed materials, textiles, STEM, and a full commercial kitchen. - SAINTS CAFE
Our campus features a centralised cafe and canteen, offering students, parents, and staff onsite coffee, hot food, and drinks. - OUTDOOR SPORTING FACILITIES
Our active sports academy is incredibly popular among students, and we ensure our facilities are well-maintained to support their passion. We offer four tennis courts, two football pitches, two smaller fields, an athletics track, and long-jump pits.
