School Counsellor

A qualified school counsellor is available for appointments five days a week and is experienced and trained in a wide range of counselling methods and techniques. If parents have concerns about their children and would like to speak to our counsellor they are welcome to meet and work through these issues.

Students can contact the counsellor directly to make an appointment, or they can ask their tutor or Year dean to make an appointment on their behalf. Students typically come to the counsellor to talk about any sort of issue that is concerning them. Talking about issues and finding ways to deal with them constructively helps reduce some of the stress under which students find themselves. Their issues are dealt with confidentially and with respect.
