St Paul’s strategic building plan has seen a recent surge in innovative building provision. Following the opening of the school’s Arts Quarter in February 2007, serving the needs of Performing Arts students, the school has completed spacious new Visual Arts classrooms and studios, as well as industry standard Food Technology and Hospitality Laboratories.
A new Textiles & Design room will shortly be in operation, and a purpose- built Photomedia studio should be in use by the end of the year. A dedicated Pre-Kindergarten facility is almost ready for our first group of Pre-K students to move into from temporary premises. The provision of these facilities is designed to provide the best buildings possible to meet students’ educational needs.
Some buildings have attracted small seeding grants from the Federal Government, however the great bulk of the financing is through bank loans, with a repayment schedule over several decades.
