Fee Schedule 2013

Overview

The school year at St Paul's is divided into four terms, beginning in January, April, July and October. Year 12 students will be invoiced for Terms 1 to 3 only.

Discounts

A 15% discount applies to tuition fees in respect of the second and subsequent pupils of one family attending the school at the same time.

Withdrawal

Families wishing to withdrawl are directed to inform our school Principal one full school term's notice in writing citing intended withdrawal date.

In default of no notice, one term's tuition fees will be payable.

Service Fee

A Service Fee has been calculated for all the sundry amounts that every child in a year receives or participates in. In previous years these were added to family accounts during the year. Items included cover such things as student handbook, School Locker fee, planned excursions by whole year groups, stationary packs and text books (K-6), swimming carnivals, Swimming school (Yrs 1-3), Library cards, Competition entry fees (Yrs7-10) TAS & VAPA fees in Years 7-8.

Terms of Payment:

For 2013 and beyond, an instalment arrangement is available through the School at no charge. This replaces the previous PaySmart arrangement.  Instalments are available on a monthly or fortnightly basis.  Please contact the Business Office and Finance Office if you would like information about this new payment option.

Tax Deductible Building Fund:

As St Paul’s is still a growing school, there is provision for, and the hope that, parents will make donations towards the School Building Fund.  Gifts to the fund are allowable deductions under Section 78 of the Income Tax Act and a receipt for tax purposes will be issued

Students Leaving:


Written notice of the withdrawal of a pupil must be given to the Principal one full term in advance. In default of such notice, an additional term’s fees is payable in lieu of notice.
